Pedigree

This app was inspired on a visit home from college. My cousin just adopted a rescue dog and we didn’t know where to take her. I remember we drove around to a few parks the first 2 were pretty empty and badly maintained. the third one wasnt that big and there was only small dogs but it was fun driving around and visiting these dog parks. It felt like we were house shopping all the judging and faces she made of discontent. I would of went to the dirty parks and called it a day, but she wasn’t having it. Thats when I started thinking about an app for dog owners where they can share their pet adventures. Post what park they frequently visit, if they become friends they can schedule play dates, Bella was chipped so maybe some GPS integration. At that point ideas started pouring in. When this happens I some times do a quick “Go download” test so i told my cousin

“Theres this app for pet owners that you can download and see what parks are busy and the kinds of dogs that are there, how it looks, you can schedule play dates and what not”

I cant remember exactly what she said but I know she called me something along the lines of Dummy in Spanish and blamed me for having her drive around wasting gas. Needless to say she wasn’t very happy when I said it was a joke, but at least I got a good concept out of it.
